How it works.
Fixed price against a written scope, agreed before anything starts. No hourly billing, no open-ended scope, and nothing on an invoice that was not agreed first.
Start with a conversation
Working out whether AI has anything to offer your business is a conversation, and it does not cost anything. Book a call, describe where the week actually goes, and you will get a straight view on whether there is something worth automating. If there is not, that is a short call and nobody has spent a penny.
When you want it properly worked through.
Some businesses want more than an opinion: the processes walked properly, the opportunities scored, and something in writing they can put in front of other people. That is the audit, and it is the only thing on this site with a price on it, because it is the only thing that is the same for everybody.
AI Opportunity Audit
£600 Half a day, on site or remoteA conversation with your team, a walk through your processes, and a straight account of exactly where automation pays and where it does not. The report is yours whether or not any further work follows. If the honest answer is that automation will not pay here, that is what it will say.
- An opportunity map, scored by impact and effort
- A full written report five working days later
- A 30-minute debrief call to walk through it
- £200 credited against any follow-on project
Everything else is quoted against scope.
Brand and identity, websites, booking and portal builds, process automation, collateral. Every project is different, so every project is priced against what it actually involves rather than against a rate card that would be wrong for most people who read it.
What does not change is the shape of the engagement.
A fixed price, before it starts
The scope is written down and the price is fixed against it. Larger work is split into phases that are commissioned one at a time, so you can stop between them and nothing further becomes payable. Payment milestones are tied to a deliverable being signed off, not to a date passing.
Revisions are counted and stated
Three rounds on design: consolidated feedback, refinements, then sign-off with minor amends. Two rounds on build. Beyond that it is a change request at a rate agreed in advance, so nobody is guessing what an extra round costs.
The countables are capped
Page counts, logos, pull quotes and migrated pages are written into the scope with headroom and stated openly. Copy is yours, supplied close to final; light editing is included and substantial copywriting is a separate piece of work.
You own it when it is paid for
Ownership transfers on full payment, per phase on phased work. Pre-existing tools and frameworks stay with Quietwork and are licensed to you permanently, so nothing you rely on can be taken away.
The basics are never itemised as extras
Analytics, cookie consent and basic GDPR, social cards, sitemap and robots, on-page search foundations, Core Web Vitals work, and accessibility. They are part of building it properly, not a line on a quote.
Accepting takes two minutes
Confirm by email, or pay the first invoice. Whichever comes first. No printing, no signing, no portal to register for. Invoices are fourteen days, by bank transfer.
After it launches.
Ongoing care and hosting are available and quoted alongside the project, so the running cost is known before you commit rather than arriving afterwards. Registered charities are priced with a reduction, shown openly on every line.
Tell us what is not working.
Describe the problem rather than the deliverable, and you will get a straight answer on what it needs and what it will cost.
The booking page you land on is Quietbook, which Quietwork built and runs.
