Websites that are finished, and that feed what runs behind them.
Responsive, fast, accessible, and maintained. Built by the same team that builds the automation, so the site is not a dead end that someone has to rekey into another system.
Most small business websites are a brochure with a contact form bolted on. The enquiry arrives as an email, somebody reads it, somebody types it into something else. The website is where work is created rather than where work is finished.
Because the systems half comes from the same place, a site can go further: take the booking, take the payment, issue the confirmation, update the calendar, and only involve a person when judgement is genuinely needed.
Holyhead Town Council is the clearest example. Quietwork designed and built their website, then built the Y Bark booking system behind it. Seventy-two bookings in the first week, none of them touched by staff.
What this usually includes
- Design and build, mobile first
- Accessibility to WCAG AA
- Content structure and copy support
- Booking, enquiry and payment flows
- Connection to the systems behind it
- Ongoing maintenance, if you want it
