Featured work

As premium as the homes they protect.

RNBW LTD protect country houses, London apartments, and staffed estates. The service was premium from the start, but the language and the look hadn’t caught up with it yet, and their clients are exactly the sort of people who notice.

That was the job: refining how RNBW sounds and looks until it resonated with the people they actually serve. Early Awareness, the idea the brand now hangs on, got sharpened into words during the website work with a founder who knew exactly what he wanted: protection starts at the boundary of the property, long before anyone reaches the front door. From there came the twenty-page brochure, the pitch deck that went out to a prospect, the postcards, the email banners, and the copy on all of it.

One brief, and no second supplier to bring up to speed. The line on the brochure cover is the line on the website because the same team wrote both.

If your business is better than your website says it is, you already know how RNBW felt.

Y Bark, built for Holyhead Town Council. Pick a slot, pay, and the gate opens on a code. The council’s website came first.

Also on the systems side

A dog park that runs without anyone staffing it.

Holyhead Town Council needed a website. Later they needed a secure dog park that could run without staffing it. Both jobs came here.

Quietwork designed and built their website, then built Y Bark end to end: booking, payment, and a gate that opens on a code issued at the moment of purchase. Nobody at the council touches a booking.

The confirmation email a customer receives looks like the council, because the same team designed the council’s identity and wrote the system that sends it.

OVER

OPINION.

Everything built here reports on itself. What came in, what it was worth, and where the week actually went. So when the work is done, whether it worked is a figure on a screen rather than an argument in a meeting. That screen is Glam IQ, built and run here.

What your business shows the world.

Identity, the website it lives on, and the documents you put in front of a customer. All of it from one place, so it already matches.

Branding and identity

A mark, a palette, a typeface and the rules that keep them consistent, set up so you can use them without calling anyone.

Branding and identity

Web design

Sites that load fast, read clearly and can be edited by the person who owns them. Built to be found, not just to look right.

Web design

Print and signage

Brochures, stationery, exhibition graphics, vehicle livery. Artwork set up properly for whoever is printing it.

What brings the work in.

The team that built the brand runs the campaigns that use it. No second brief, and nothing lost explaining your business twice.

SEO and content

Blog and landing page writing built around what people actually search for, rather than around what is easy to write.

Talk about content

Email campaigns

Newsletters and sequences that sound like you, sent to a list you own rather than an audience you rent from a platform.

Talk about email

Paid social and search

Campaigns set up and measured properly, so you get a clear read on what a customer costs to win.

Talk about ads

Sales collateral and decks

Sixty-plus decks built inside a corporation. The deck is often the thing that wins the room.

Decks and collateral

What your business runs on.

The processes that eat your week, handled without anyone watching them.

Business process automation

The repeat admin that fills your week: quotes, bookings, chasing, reporting. Mapped first, then automated where it earns its place.

Process automation

AI integration and custom tools

Assistants and internal tools built against your actual data, not a demo. Y Bark and Glam IQ both started here.

AI integration

AI training

Three levels, from getting a team confident with the tools to building things with them. Run for your business, not in the abstract.

AI training

Running the jobs now automated.

Twenty-one years at BT, finishing as Head of Brand Management and Design. Before that, the operations behind the work: global shared services with teams in Bangalore, Budapest, London and Texas. The processes, the escalations and the reporting that small businesses do on a smaller scale and with far less help.

That is the useful part. Plenty of people can build an agent. Knowing which process is worth automating, and which one is load-bearing and should be left alone, is what comes from having done the job.

Owen Sutton, presenting at the monday.com annual conference in London on automation in business process transformation.

What working this way means

One team, start to finish

The people who take the brief are the people who do the work. No account layer, no handover between a design supplier and a development supplier, and nothing lost in the gap between them.

The brand and the system that sends it

The confirmation email looks like the brand on the website, because the same team built both. That consistency is the thing you cannot buy from two separate suppliers.

Having done the job

Brand and design at BT, and the global operations behind them, run together across twenty-one years and eight roles. Knowing which process is worth automating, and which one is load-bearing, comes from that rather than from a tool.

Told plainly, including when it is less than you expected

Describe the problem and you will be told what it needs. Sometimes that is a smaller job than the one you came in asking for.

“Rather than simply designing a website, you challenged our thinking, asked the right questions and helped shape the business story we wanted to tell. At every stage, it felt like you were part of our team rather than an external designer.”

Ramsey Elshafey, Founder, RNBW LTD
