From identity to infrastructure
Branding, websites, tools, systems and automation. Everything from how your business is seen to how it works.
What Quietwork does
From the things people see to the systems they never do.
We create brands, websites, tools and automated systems around the way a business actually needs to work. Sometimes that means starting from scratch. Sometimes it means replacing something clunky. Sometimes it means joining things together that should have been connected years ago.

About
Twenty-five years inside large organisations, finishing as Head of Brand Management and Design at BT. Before that, I ran operations across global teams in Bangalore, Budapest, London and Texas.
That experience matters because automation isn't really about the technology.
It's about knowing which parts of a business are repetitive, which are broken, which are worth automating, and which should be left well alone.
Anyone can automate a task. The useful bit is knowing whether you should.
A brand that needs rebuilding, a website that is letting you down, collateral you are embarrassed by, or a process that eats your week. Describe it and you will get a straight answer on what it actually needs, including when that answer is smaller than the job you came in with.
